Sarah’s Fun Facts

1. I have a passion for hosting, as I love planning parties and gatherings for friends and family, ensuring my guests are enjoying themselves and have everything they need to have fun.

2. My favorite hobby is finding new hobbies. I love learning new ways to do things and to express myself in different forms.

3. For 9 summers, I attended a Computer/Athletics camp, I learned how to program computers and robots, make movies, websites, and create digital music, while also learning new games/sports and staying active.

4. I started playing golf at age 7 with my Grandpa. I was trained by many professionals in DC and NOVA – though my Grandpa is still my favorite coach. When I was in middle and high school, I attended 1757 Golf Camp (among others), volunteered at my local pro shop with my grandpa for many years (Free rounds, carts, and lunch!) and placed 8th in the Baltimore County Tournament in 2015. My favorite golf course is the LPGA International in FL.

5. My grandparents took me to Germany in 2012 to drive and explore the entirety of the Fairytale Road. It took 12 days!

6. In 2024, my husband, Chris and I purchased our first home in his home town.

7. I only studied for 6 days before passing my P&C exam!

About Sarah

• Why do you love what you do? Insurance is not a topic many people prefer discussing. I enjoy seeing a client’s mood shift when they hear the issue/topic they brought to my attention has been resolved, and they can carry on knowing their insurance is in good hands.

• What drives you and why? My husband is the reason for everything I do. We encourage each other to be the best version of ourselves every single day. It’s hard not to be driven when you have such a supportive partner cheering you on!

• What is your passion and why? My passion is indulging in second-hand happiness! I love smiling and laughing, almost as much as I love seeing it in other people. I enjoy being the reason someone’s day gets a little brighter!

• What inspires you and why? Being a role model for my little brother has always inspired me to be the best me possible, professionally and personally.

• Who is one of your heroes and why? My grandpa has always been my superman. He fixes every problem, always makes me laugh, and teaches me something new every conversation – not all heroes wear capes, and some of them never retire!

• Why TWG? TWG is such a detailed and intentional agency. I pride myself on the work I do, and it is really nice to now be part of a team as dedicated to exceeding expectations as I am.

• What is your unofficial title and why? My friends call me mom. Even though I don’t have kids of my own, I have a very nurturing spirit and enjoy making sure people feel comfortable and safe. I always have my “mom purse” filled with snacks, drinks, a first-aid kit, medicines, etc. for emergencies!
