• Why do you love what you do?: I love what I do because it allows me to build genuine relationships with people and help them feel confident and protected in situations that matter most. Being someone whom clients can trust and rely on gives me a strong sense of purpose. I enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and making things easier for others, and I do that every day. Plus, no two days are the same, keeping things enjoyable and rewarding.

• What drives you and why?: I am driven by the desire to keep growing personally and professionally. I take pride in showing up for others, whether it’s my team, my clients, or my family. I’m motivated by knowing that the work I do makes a difference in people’s lives, and that pushes me to always do my best. Achieving those goals reminds me of how capable I am and how far I can go.

• What is your passion and why?: I am passionate about helping people and building meaningful connections. Whether it’s through supporting clients, being there for family, or simply showing up for others, I find fulfillment in making a positive impact and being someone people can count on.
