• Why do you love what you do? I love what I do because I love helping others and solving problems. I feel like this role was a really good fit for me, as it deals with both.

• What drives you and why? What drives me is my passion for growth. I believe there is always room for improvement and expanding my knowledge, so I’m always looking for ways to improve.

• What is your passion and why? My true passion is helping others, whether that’s my team or clients. I love finding unique ways to help and solve problems for those around me

• What inspires you and why? What really inspires me is the opportunity for growth. I believe there is always room to grow and expand your horizons, so I’m consistently learning new things and pushing myself out of my comfort zone.

• Why TWG? I chose to be part of TWG because I really liked the intimate work environment and their priority on client satisfaction. The smaller atmosphere allows for closer client relationships. As someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences, I knew this was the place for me.
