After 48 years in the insurance business, Gary Nichols retired at the end of 2025!  What a ride!  Starting out as a young claims agent in 1978 and working his way to JV Arthur Insurance Agency in Winchester in 1983, Gary went on to found The Winchester Group and ran it as Founder and President for 23 years.  He has touched a lot of lives and businesses over the years and will continually do so in his retirement. He’s not here at the office anymore, but his presence will always be felt by those that carry on his mission of service to our clients.  Thank you, sir, and well done, Gary, well done indeed!
